For alcoholic beverages using matcha such as matcha liqueur and matcha wine, color fading and discoloration due to acidic pH are major issues.
We hear voices such that “The color faded immediately” and “I used a coloring agent, but it didn’t turn a bright green color.” Those products can be commercialized by using EVERGREEN Matcha.
In addition, even when those are put in transparent bottles, the color fading or discoloration of matcha due to light is not seen.
* We recommend to use an antioxidant to prevent those drinks from oxidation.

I thought it would be impossible to prevent color fading or discoloration of matcha liqueur even if I use natural coloring agents.
Moreover, I thought that it would be even more impossible to commercialize the matcha liqueur without using coloring agents.
I thought it would be impossible to stop green color fading of the matcha liqueur due to acidic pH.
However, I learned about Shokakuen’s “EVERGREEN Matcha” and was able to commercialize it.
I was surprised at the color fading prevention effect of the EVERGREEN Matcha.
