Nowadays, matcha is loved not only in Japan but all over the world, and its applications are expanding from “drinking matcha” to “eating matcha” used in foods.
In order to meet the needs of the times, Shokakuen also manufactures matcha by adopting new technology that is evolving day by day while preserving the traditional stone milling manufacturing.
In 2018, we obtained FSSC 22000 and created an environment for making products that can be used with greater peace of mind.
We always provide honest, sincere, safe and secure matcha. Also, we will continue to bring out the new possibilities of matcha and work with ingenuity for the further development of Japanese food culture.
