There are two issues to consider.
One is that Amazake ( Sweet Sake) is a liquid in acidic region.
The other is that we use a transparent glass bottle for it.
However, EVERGREEN Matcha can be used in acidic beverages such as Amazake without the use of coloring agents.
Also, even if EVERGREEN Matcha is put in a transparent bottle, the matcha does not fade or discolor.

* We recommend to use an antioxidant to prevent the product from oxidation.
　This Matcha product is also used in Amazake products that require retort sterilization during the manufacturing process.

I started consideration to develop it because I wanted to add matcha flavor to the variation of Amazake, which has a strong image of healthy drink.
I thought that the conditions of Matcha Amazake to develop were strict because it is a liquid in acidic region and as we wanted to sell it in transparent glass bottle.
I learned about EVERGREEN Matcha and made a prototype using a sample I received.  I had good testing results and was able to commercialize Matcha Amazake in a short time.
