Points of product adoption

Our EVERGREEN Matcha was used for dried matcha soba noodles.
When using matcha for Soba (buckwheat) noodles, it is necessary to use more than 1% of matcha for the total amount of buckwheat.

Please use matcha for soba noodles following the guide shown below: 

When using matcha paste, add matcha paste equivalent to 5% (* ) of the total amount of buckwheat.
When using matcha powder, add matcha powder equivalent to 1.0% of the total amount of buckwheat.
* Matcha paste is consisting of 78% of water and 22% of Matcha.
 5% matcha paste used X 22% = 1.1% matcha (powder)

User's voice

In the case of dried soba noodle, I wanted to set a long-term expiration date of “18 months”.
In addition, because it was sold at room temperature, it was necessary to prevent the matcha from color fading and discoloration.
By using EVERGREEN Matcha, it has become possible to set the expiration date to “18 months” without using coloring agents.
