If the moisture level is expected to be relatively high, it is recommended to use an antioxidant.

Since it is sold at room temperature, preventing the color fading of matcha was an issue.
As I wanted to avoid the use of coloring agents if possible, I started trial production with EVERGREEN Matcha.
The follow-up after the trial production was also good, and it was possible to commercialize the product.
