Points of product adoption

We think that the problem of color fading is an indispensable issue as high heat is generally applied to the rusks during manufacturing time.
By wrapping them in a transparent film, the bright green color tone of them stands out.

User's voice

When considering manufacturing of Matcha Rusks, there was a problem of color fading of Matcha.
Although I was comfortable with the use of coloring agents, I also wanted to avoid using coloring agents if possible.
I was introduced to EVERGREEN Matcha and immediately started trial production.
The follow-up was also good, and the rusks were commercialized.
The type without chocolate application could be packed in a bag made of transparent film.
