I wanted to commercialize a cream of “Matcha flavor”, which is popular among men and women of all ages.
Using matcha means facing the “fading problem” at the same time, and I was thinking about using coloring agents, but when I learned about “Matsuzuru Midori”, which is resistant to heat and light, I immediately took a sample. We ordered it, made a prototype, and confirmed the follow-up.
The evaluation was good and it was possible to commercialize it.
I think that being able to commercialize without using coloring agents was a selling point for consumers.

But right after I learned about “EVERGREEN Matcha”, which is resistant to heat and light, I immediately ordered a sample of it and made a prototype, and did the follow-up observation.
The evaluation result was good and we were able to commercialize it.
