This is a pre-mixed powder for pancakes that is composed of wheat flour, sugar and EVERGREEN Matcha.
When sold as a pre-mixed powder, it is resistant to color fading or color change due to lighting even when wrapped in a transparent bag.
When it is cooked, a bright beautiful green colored pancake will be made.
